A Deep Cleaning is first required to set the property in Pristine Condition. Following the Deep Cleaning each appointment well be a Standard Cleaning, essentially a maintenance touch up to keep the property in condition for its next service.

Monthly Single Service Plan. This plan will lock in the desired date and time of the recurring service. Recurring price will be 10% discounted from the standard cleaning price for specific house size. Any add on services are never discounted. Service requires TWO Deposits & ONE final payment.

2. 25% Deposit. Notification sent 48 Hours before appointment. Deposit available up to 12 Hours before appointment

Bi-weekly or Twice A Month service plan. Feel free to structure the plan however you desire. recurring price will be 15% discounted from the standard cleaning price for specific house size. Any add on services are never discounted. This requires a total of FOUR Deposits & TWO final payments.
