***Save you up to 20% each service. This service offers a flexible schedule of maintenance cleanings, leaving your property in Pristine Shape. A Deep Cleaning is first required to set the property in Pristine Condition. Following the Deep Cleaning each appointment well be a Standard Cleaning, essentially a maintenance touch up to keep the property in condition for its next service.

Tier 1 (Once A Month)

Monthly Single Service Plan. This plan will lock in the desired date and time of the recurring service. recurring price will be 10% discounted from the standard cleaning price for specific house size. Any add on services are never discounted. Service requires TWO Deposits & ONE final payment.
25% Deposit To become member and lock appointment
25% Deposit. Notification sent 48 Hours before appointment. Deposit available up to 12 Hours before appointment
Final Payment After property is in Pristine Condition
Tier 2 (Twice a Month) - $125

Bi-weekly or Twice A Month service plan. Feel free to structure the plan however you desire. recurring price will be 15% discounted from the standard cleaning price for specific house size. Any add on services are never discounted. This requires a total of FOUR Deposits & TWO final payments.
1. 25% Deposit To become member and lock appointment
2. 25% Deposit. Notification sent 48 Hours before appointment. Deposit available up to 12 Hours before appointment
3. Final Payment After property is in Pristine Condition
4. Repeat For Second Service
Tier 3 (Once A Week)

Once a week / On Call. Pristine Condition 24/7. This plan gives priority and leeway. recurring price will be 25% discounted from the standard cleaning price for specific house size. After THREE MONTHS of membership, Call or text 24 Hours before desired appointment, we will drop whats scheduled for you. ALL FOUR SERVICES are totaled in the fee. TWO deposits.
