Service Plans


Single Service Plan

The single service plan is typically for our first time customers or customers looking for help to set their property in Pristine condition. There is no deposit required for our First Time Customers. A 25% deposit to set the booking will be required for returning customers receiving a single service with final payment following the service. Size of the service is usually considered, until June 30th flat rates on sizes will be implemented.

*Cancelling and rescheduling is completely free if done before the 12 Hour dead period. Failure to cancel or reshcedule within dead period will for a charge an additional 25% of the service fee.

Monthly Service Plan

Monthly service plan includes three options:

Tier 1 (Once A Month) - This will be a recurring service for once a month.

  1. Payment for FULL service due at time of booking

Tier 2 (Twice A Month) - The structure to the two services is completely up to the customer’s desire. Every other week, first and last of the month, two weeks in a row, however.

  1. 60% of service fee deposit before first service

  2. Final payment due on site before second service

Tier 3 (Once A Week or On Call) - This is FOUR recurring services throughout the month, however you’d like to plan it. After FOUR months call same day, give us 2 hours & we’ll make it happen.

  1. This is a flat rate for all FOUR services

  2. 50% of service fee before first two services

  3. 50% of service fee before last two services

*The option to set the recurring date and time of service is available at the time of sign up, and option to change said time and date will follow each service. Cancelling and rescheduling is completely free if done before the 12 Hour dead period. Failure to cancel or reshcedule within dead period will force a charge an additional 25% of the service fee.

Cancel & Rescheduling Policy


Canceling and Rescheduling is completely free within the 12 Hour Dead Period. The 12 Hour Dead Period refers to the time prior to the upcoming appointment. Immediately after booking, and 48 hours prior to service a notification will be sent to the customer.  The first notification will either be to place deposit confirming service or confirming first time customer bookings . 48 Hours prior to the service, another notification will be sent to giving you 36 Hours to respond before the Dead Period, to confirm appointment is still on. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 12 Hour Dead Period will result in an additional 25% charge towards the service price.

The story starts with me, Chris Williams, Owner of Pristine 360. A Former Professional Baseball Player in the Detroit Tigers Minor League organization. I never labeled myself as a “baseball player”, more so an athletic guy with high standards for life and a taste for the finer things.

It comes full circle as to why I created a company that will carry the HIGHEST STANDARDS and keep you FINER THINGS in PRISTINE condition. The standard of the company resides in its name, Pristine. We value professionalism, reliability, and most importantly a Pristine process and result.
